提高耳鼻咽喉科护理满意度的科学管理策略(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨提高耳鼻咽喉科护理满意度的方法。方法 通过不断学习医院的规章制度和通过完善有关管理和考核制度,对护理人员进行规范化培训,严格执行护理程序,促使护士 树立服务新理念,不断提高自身的综合素质。结果 护患关系改善,护理满意度提高。结论 只有严格执行护理程序,科学地管理临床科室,才能提高护理满意度,提高护理质量,更好地为患者服务,促进卫生事业的和谐发展。

    【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the strategy to improve the satisfactory in otorhinolaryngology nursing care. Methods By continuously studying hospital rules and regulations and perfecting related manegement and examination system, standardize the training of the nursing staff,strictly implement nursing processure, urge the nurse to establish the new concept in service, continuously improve the comprehensive quality of their own. Results The patient-nurse relationship improved, nursing satisfaction improved. Conclusion Only by strictly implementing nursing processure, scientifically management clinical department, could the nursing satisfaction and quality improved, serve the patients better, promote the harmonious development of the health service. ......
