浅谈人性化服务在产科护理工作中的应用(1)
【摘要】 人性化服务是现在在医院护理工作中提出的一项新要求，也是大力提倡的一种创造性的、整体的、有效的新护理工作方法。在产科开展人性化护理服务意义更为突出，因为孕产妇的心理状态影响着分娩能否顺利进行，关系着母婴安全。本院自2006年3月份开始在产科护理工作中实施人性化护理服务，取得了良好效果，提高了住院患者的满意度。【关键词】 人性化服务；产科护理； 应用

【Abstract】 Human service is now a new request which proposed in the hospital care work, is also one kind which promotes with great effort creative, the whole, the effective new nursing method of work. Develops the user-friendly nurse service significance in obstetrics to be more prominent, because whether pregnant woman’s psychology does affect the childbirth to carry on smoothly, is relating the maternal infant safety. My courtyard starts from March, 2006 in the obstetrical nursing work to implement the user-friendly nurse service, has obtained the good results, enhanced in-patient’s degree of satisfaction.
