【摘要】 目的 观察应用吞咽障碍理疗仪治疗吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法 选取吞咽障碍患者120例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组60例采用鼻饲饮食、静脉营养支持及针刺疗法；治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上应吞咽障碍理疗仪，1个月后根据临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准比较疗效。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.67%和81.67%，治疗组吞咽能力明显改善，优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 应用吞咽障碍理疗仪治疗吞咽障碍的疗效显著。
