【摘要】 目的 评价眼底激光治疗视网膜病变在预防LASIK术后视网膜脱离的作用。方法 对LASIK手术前发现周边视网膜病变的66例78眼行眼底激光治疗，观察15~30 d后行LASIK手术，术后随访1个月、3个月、1年和最终随访。结果 眼底激光治疗后视网膜病变情况稳定,1年内随访66例78眼均未发现有视网膜脱离，两年内随访发现4眼因新的视网膜裂孔出现发生孔源性视网膜脱离，原激光治疗视网膜病变部位稳定。结论 LASIK术前对存在视网膜病变的患者实施眼底激光治疗能有效预防视网膜脱离发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective Evaluation of fundus retinopathy laser treatment in the prevention of retinal detachment (RD)after LASIK role.Methods LASIK surgery on peripheral retinopathy before the discovery of 66 cases of 78 eyes fundus laser treatment,observation 15~30 days after the trip LASIK surgery,patients were followed up for one month,three months,one year and final follow-up.Results Fundus retinopathy after laser therapy in stable condition and one year follow-up of 66 cases of 78 eyes were not found to have retinal detachment,two years follow-up found in four eyes as a result of new retinal breaks occur rhegmatogenous retinal detachment occurs,the original laser treatment of retinal lesion stability.Conclusion LASIK surgery prior to the existence of retinopathy of patients fundus laser treatment to be effective in preventing the occurrence of retinal detachment. ......
