【摘要】 目的 通过调查影响男护生职业生涯发展的相关因素，并分析其对策，从而增加男护生热爱护理专业的信心。方法 采用自行设计调查问卷，对58名男护生的择业观念、角色适应情况等进行调查分析。结果 绝大多数男护生选择护理专业并非他们第一志愿，择业的主要动机是容易就业和收入；存在心理压力和焦虑情绪，认为影响男护生职业生涯发展的最重要的因素是社会偏见及传统观念。结论 针对性地加强专业思想教育，使男护生增加对护理专业的信心，并呼吁社会更加重视男护士，充分发挥男护士在医院岗位的优势，满足医院需求的同时使学校的男护生的生源扩大，就业率提高。
