【摘要】 目的 研究蠲哮汤对哮喘大鼠血管内皮细胞黏附分子(ICAM-1)及白介素12(IL-12)表达的影响。方法 建立由卵蛋白诱发的支气管哮喘大鼠模型；采用ELISA法检测哮喘大鼠静脉血和肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中ICAM-1、IL-12的含量。结果 模型组ICAM-1高表达，IL-12低表达，蠲哮汤能减少造模动物ICAM-1的表达，提高IL-12的表达。结论 蠲哮汤能减少造模动物ICAM-1，提高IL-12的表达，而且随着药物剂量的减少，各分表达呈递增趋势，具有量效关系。
