高效液相色谱法测定补心颗粒中阿魏酸的含量

     【摘要】目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定补心颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(25:75)为流动相，流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为325 nm。结果阿魏酸在0.119~1.071 μg范围内有良好的线性关系，回收率为98.14%，RSD为1.17%(n=6)。结论方法简单、灵敏度高，可用于补心颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定。
