【摘要】 目的 探讨自身免疫性肝炎的临床护理要点。方法 回顾性分析18例自身免疫性肝炎患者的护理经验:症状观察、心理护理、用药护理、出院指导及健康教育。结果 除2例死亡,2例因经济困难等原因自行停药外,其他患者症状得以控制。结论 及早确诊、遵医嘱服药、加强健康教育是提高患者的生存质量和生存期的关键。
