【摘要】 目的 探讨肾组织活检在肾脏疾病诊治中的价值。方法 回顾性分析51例因肾脏疾病行肾活检的病历资料，分析其病理类型及其与临床表现的关系。结果 51例患者中，原发性肾小球疾病占82.4%，继发性肾小球疾病占17.6%，原发性肾小球疾病以IgA肾病最多见，继发性肾脏疾病以狼疮性肾炎最常见。 结论 肾脏疾病患者进行肾活检十分必要，特别是在治疗和预后判断方面更具有指导意义。肾活检的适应证可以扩大。
