【摘要】 目的 分析前列腺摘除术后排尿困难的原因。方法 回顾性分析17例前列腺摘除术后排尿困难病例资料。结果 其中后尿道狭窄8例，逼尿肌功能障碍2例，尿道内口闭锁2例，后唇瓣膜2例，腺体残留、增生复发和前列腺癌各1例。结论 尿道狭窄是术后排尿困难的主要原因，尿流动力学检查对术后症状的分析，指导治疗有重要价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective Tanalyze The causes of dysuria after prostatectomy.Methods 17causes of dysuria after prostatectomy were studied retrospectively. Results Among them 8were urethral stricture.2 bladder detrusor dysfunction.2 urethral obliteration,2 posterior urethral valveadenomatous remnant.recurrence of prostatic hyperplasia and prostatie carcinoma in each 1.Conclusion Urethral stricture was a major causes of the dysuria after prostatectomy.urodynamics examination would play an important role inanalyzing in the symptoms after prostatectomy and guiding treatment.
