【摘要】 目的 观察锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法 2005年2月至2007年12月采用锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折36例，进行疗效评定。结果 随访时间9.2个月，采用Lgzzcano标准评价，优良率达到100%。结论 应用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折手术操作简单，可得到非常满意的结果。
