【摘要】 目的 分析影响术中冷冻切片病理诊断准确性的因素。方法 回顾性总结本院2004年1月至2006年12月间2 651例术中冷冻常规病理切片的病理诊断。结果 冷冻切片诊断与常规石蜡切片诊断符合率为97.70%，误诊率为0.79%，术中不能确诊率为1.51%。结论 开展术中冷冻切片诊断大大满足了临床医师手术中确定病变性质及确定手术范围的要求，但存在一定误诊率及不可诊断率。
