【摘要】 目的 探讨DMG光固化氢氧化钙修补前牙陈旧性根管穿孔的临床效果及可行性。方法 对38颗前牙陈旧性根管穿孔经唇侧根面采用DMG光固化氢氧化钙进行修补，定期回访，观察治疗效果。结果 随访1~1.5年,成功34颗,失败4颗。结果 使用DMG光固化氢氧化钙修补前牙陈旧性穿孔，对患牙保存短期疗效好，长期效果有待于进一步观察。
