【摘要】 目的观察自拟中药浴足方对脚、手湿气及中风瘫痪引起的脚手湿气的疗效。方法 选择154例社区门诊患者，随机分成治疗组80例，对照组74例 ，治疗组应用自拟中药浴足，再根据类型不同，涂抹自制的药膏，治疗期间停用其他药物，对照组应用临床常用药物治疗。结果 两组有效率比较无差异，P>0.05，均有治疗效果，但是两组治愈率比较P<0.01,两组治愈率有明显差异，治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组。结论 自拟中药浴足对脚手湿气有明显的治疗作用。
