【摘要】 目的 比较两种血压测量方法的差异，找出其中的错误。方法 随机选择150例患者测量其血压，每人依次用两种方法，方法一听诊器胸件压在血压计袖带下，方法二听诊器胸件放在袖带外肘窝处肱动脉上。比较全组及按4个分层因素分组后各小组中两种方法测量值的差异。结果 全组中以及分层后除肥胖小组外的各个小组中，方法一的测量值均小于方法二的测量值，并且在消瘦组中两种方法测量值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 方法一测量值普遍小于真实值，为错误的测量方法，方法二才是正确的测量方法。

    The comparison of two measurement methods on blood pressure

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the error of measurement methods on blood pressure by comparison between two metholds. Methods Measuring 150 cases, blood pressure with two methods: thestpiece of sphygmoscopy was placed under the cuff of sphygmomanometer in method one, and it was placed above the brachial artery of the cubital fossa,out of the cuff of sphygmomanometer, in method two. Then to compare the difference of measure value of two groups, and four subgroups divided according to four factors. Results The value measured by method one was smaller than that by method two in every group, except the group made up of fat cases. And the difference between two data sets measured by two different metholds was statistically significant(P<0.05) in thin cases. Conclusion The value by method one is commonly smaller than the true value, so it is a wrong method ......
