带血运髂骨瓣移植治疗股骨头坏死的三维步态分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 用三维步态分析对带血运骨瓣移植治疗股骨头坏死进行量化评价。方法 本组共53例股骨头坏死患者，采用带血运髂骨瓣移植治疗。分别于术前、术后12、18、24个月对患者进行三维步态测量。结果 步态分析显示，术后患者不但步长、步调、步频都有增加，并且髋关节和膝关节活动度也有很大提高。结论 移植治疗术后患者髋关节功能得到改善，带血运髂骨瓣移植治疗股骨头坏死是一种有效的方法。【关键词】步态分析；股骨头；骨坏死；骨瓣

【Abstract】 Objective To quantitive evaluate patients who underwent vascularized iliac grafting for osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)by three-dimensional gait analysis.Methods Three-dimensional gait analysis was done on 53 patients(53 hips)who underwent vascularized iliac grafting(VIG)for ONFH preoperative and at the 12th,18 h,24th month postoperative.Results The gait analysis show that not only the gait velocity,stride length and cadence in patients were higher than preoperative but also the rang-of-motion of hip and knee increased.Conclusion These results indicate that the function of hip was improved after operation of reconstruction.It is effective of vascularized iliac grafting for ONFH. ......
