【摘要】 目的 探讨妇科手术后尿潴留的治疗方法及效果。方法 回顾分析26例妇科手术患者术后尿潴留情况,根据病情给予不同治疗方法。结果 26例尿潴留患者均治疗成功。结论 热敷、按摩、药物治疗及留置导尿等方法对不同程度的尿潴留患者有效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic methods and efficacy of urinary retentionpost gynecological operation. Methods 26 patients with urinary retention post gynecological operation were reviewed, and different therapertic methods were given according to their conditions. Results 26 patients were all cured successfully.Conclusion Hot compress, cheirapsis, drug and catheterization are effective methods for urinary rentention.
