【摘要】 目的探索病理HE切片常见的质量问题,并提出相应的预防和处理方法,提高HE切片质量。方法 回顾性地复习一定时期内本科所有的病理HE玻片,按照病理HE玻片中出现的质量问题进行总结、分析和分类,然后归纳。结果 病理HE切片常见的质量问题基本上都是由于病理技术员经验不足、操作不当 、责任心不强所造成。结论 应加强从业病理技术员的系统而严格的工作培训,病理技术员要积极主动认真地工作,积累工作经验,端正工作态度,寻找出现质量问题的根源,提高HE切片的质量水平。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the common quality problems on HE seetiong, and propose prevention and managements to improve the quality of HE stainings. Methods A retrospective review of all HE slides at a certain period of time were done to sum up, analysis and classify the quality problem in accordance with slides.Results The most common problems on quality are basically due to the inexperience of pathology technicians, improper operation,and poor responsibility. Conclusion Pathology technician practitioners should be trained strictly andsystemically. Theyshould take the initiative to work seriously, accumulate work experience, correct work attitude, look for the root causes of quality problems to improve the quality of HE sections. ......
