【摘要】 目的 观察碘仿氢氧化钙用于根尖诱导成形术临床观察。方法 随机选择58例69颗因外伤,畸形或龋坏影响根尖发育,用碘仿氢氧化钙进行根尖诱导成形术,经3个月至3年观察。结果 成功24颗,进步39颗,失败6颗,总有效率91.3%。结论 注射型碘仿氢氧化钙用于根尖诱导成型术临床效果满意。

    Clinical analysis of Calcium Hydroxide Paste with iodoform on the apexification

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of the injection model Calcium Hydroxide paste with iodoform on the apexification. Method Choosing 58 samples(69 teeth) randomly, whose root point development was effected by Traumatic, deformity or dental caries. Using the injection model Calcium Hydroxide paste to perform apexification. Result Observed following 3 months to 3 years, the successful teeth were 28, the advance teeth were 39 and the failure teethwere 6, so the totally efficiency ratio was 91.3%. Conclusion We can get the satisfaction clinical effects when we use the injection model Calcium Hydroxide paste with iodoform on the apexification. ......
