【摘要】 目的 探讨吗啡缓释片的早期应用对改善癌痛患者生存质量的价值。方法 对54例按第二阶梯止痛效果不佳的中度癌痛患者给予吗啡缓释片,通过对患者的KPS评分、疼痛、睡眠、食欲等方面改善情况来分析患者的生活质量。结果 54例患者中疼痛完全缓解(CR)41例,部分缓解(PR)10例,总有效率94.44%(51/54)。23例KPS评分提高20分,27例睡眠改善,14例食欲改善,19例焦虑改善。结论 应正确的评估癌症患者的疼痛问题,早期应用吗啡缓释片可以使癌痛患者生存质量得到明显改善。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of the quality of life (QOL) in cancer sufferers treated with morphine sustained-release tablets early.Methods 54 patients with moderate pain were treated with morphine sustained-release tablets.All of patients had be evaluated for response after treatment.And the QOL of these patients were investigated in kamofsky, pain, fatigue, anxiety, sleep.Result Out of the 54 suf-ferers, the objective response was 94.44% (51/54), the some of suffers had their QOL improved.Conclusion The problems of the pain of cancer sufferersshould be correctly evaluated.The early application morphine sustained-release tablets can improve QOL of cancer sufferers. ......
