【摘要】 目的 对本院2003年1月至2008年1月年期间142例行人工髋关节置换治疗股骨颈骨折患者的康复护理进行总结。 方法 术前密切观察患者情况,加强营养,配合医生作好术前准备,术后针对人工关节置换术后主要并发症,如脱位、血栓形成、功能恢复等问题,进行康复护理。术后Harris髋关节功能评分。 结果 130例患者获随访,时间为12～96个月,基本恢复伤前功能。 结论 生活自理,Harris平均88分。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summ up the 142 cases of total hip replacement therapy in patients withfemoral neck fracture after the care and rehabilitation from 2003-1 to 2008-1 in my hosipital.Methods Preoperative close observation of patients,to strengthen the nutrition,with doctors before the surgery well prepared,after artificial joint replacement for the major complications such as infection,dislocation,thrombosis,functional recovery and so on to rehabilitation care.Postoperative Harris hip score evaluation function.Results 130 cases of patients were followed for 12~96 months time,function was basically recovery to pre-injury.Conclusion Self-care,the Harris hip function score is 88 points for equation. ......
