【摘要】 脑钠素又称脑利钠肽(brainnatriurecticpeptide, BNP),是钠尿肽家族成员之一。由Sudoh[1]从猪脑组织中分离出来并于1988年首先报道,主要由心室肌合成和分泌,在心力衰竭时产生,具有有益的代偿作用。BNP是近年来兴起的一项诊断、治疗及评价心衰疗效的新型利钠肽,其临床价值已获得一致公认。【关键词】脑钠素;心力衰竭
【Abstract】 Brain natriuretic peptide also known as brain natriuretic peptide(brainnatriurecticpeptide, BNP), is a member of the natriuretic peptide family.By Sudoh [1]isolated from porcine brain tissue was first reported in 1988, mainly by ventricular synthesis and secretion, resulting in heart failure with beneficial compensatory role.BNP in recent years, the rise of a diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of efficacy of new heart failure natriuretic peptide and its clinical value has been unanimously recognized.

1 脑钠素的生理作用
BNP的功能包括利尿、利钠、扩张血管及抑制肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统的效应;抑制促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)的释放及交感神经的过度反应;参与调节血压、血容量及盐平衡;还可抑制心肌纤维化、血管平滑肌细胞增生以及抗冠状动脉痉挛等作用 ......
