【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者踝臂指数与心脑血管事件的关系。方法 检测117例2型DM患者的ABI、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc) 、总胆固醇( TC) 、甘油三酯( TG) 、低密度脂蛋白(LDL ) 、血尿酸(UA )水平。根据患者的ABI进行分组,ABI≤0. 9为正常组(49例) ,ABI> 0. 9为异常组(68例)。查询既往心脑血管事件的发生率。结果 ABI的曲线下面积为0.655,95%CI为0.555~0.775。与正常组相比, ABI异常组患者的年龄、病程、UA、SCr、BUN更高,ABI值更低( P<0.05) 。结论 ABI是一个评估2型DM患者发生心脑血管事件比较有效的指标。
