【摘要】 目的 通过对本院门诊处方中抗高血压药物使用情况的调查分析,论证抗高血压用药的合理性。方法 对本院2008年第一季度600张门诊处方中抗高血压药物的应用品种、用药频度、联合用药方案等数据进行统计分析。结果 本院抗高血压药物最常用的是钙拮抗剂,其次是β-受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂以及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI);而用药方案主要是以小剂量二联为主。结论 抗高血压药物临床应用广泛,应注意合理用药。 【关键词】 抗高血压药物;联合用药;用药分析
