【摘要】 目的 探讨老年高血压患者踝臂指数与同型半胱氨酸的关系。方法 将86例老年原发性高血压病患者按照血同型半胱氨酸水平的不同,分为两组:A组40例(血Hcy≤11.0 μmol/L),B组46例(血Hcy>11.0 μmol/L),分别测定踝臂指数。结果 随着血同型半胱氨酸水平升高,踝臂指数降低,A组>B组(P<0.05)。结论 老年高血压患者血同型半胱氨酸水平的增高与踝臂指数降低关系密切。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy) and ankle brachial index (ABI) in elderly people with essential hypertension.
