【摘要】 目的 探讨通过加强急诊和全院医护人员急救综合素质的培养教育、实际演练、配对组合以及仪器设备的合理利用强化急诊质量控制,提高院内猝死病例的复苏成功率。方法 我院急诊科于2006年后根据医院管理年要求,不断完善急诊服务和操作流程,优化抢救环境和设施,通过对10名医生及20名护士进行2:1随机配对组合,经过心肺复苏、气管插管、呼吸机、电除颤等技能培训考核,再分批分次进行实战演练,充分利用现代急诊抢救设备实施院内急救。 结果 抢救121例院内猝死病例次,使院内猝死抢救的成功率从质量控制前的11.67%提高到26.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加强急诊质量控制能提高院内猝死病例的抢救成功率。

【Abstract】 Objective To report the method of improving the achievement radio of treating sudden death disease,involving more abundant knowledge of staff,reasonable assembly and renovation of instruments.Methods Twenty doctors and ten nurses were distributed randomly according to the principle of 2:1,all of them have mastered the ability including CPR,tracheal intubation,the use of respirator and so on.Results 121 patients were included,the achievement radio was improved from 11.67%to 26.23%,statistical significance exists(P<0.05).Conclusion The achievement radio of treating sudden death disease can be improved by enforcing quality control of emergency ......
