微波加湿润烧伤膏治疗宫颈糜烂150例临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨微波加湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法 回顾性分析2006年1月至2008年12月,150例Ⅱ~Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的妇女采用微波加湿润烧伤膏治疗后的效果。结果 治疗后1、2个月各复诊一次,Ⅱ度糜烂76例,Ⅲ度糜烂67例1月痊愈,其他2月痊愈,总治愈率100%,其中1月治愈率96%。结论 微波加湿润烧伤膏治疗宫颈糜烂、治愈率高100%,术后阴道排液量少、时间短、出血时间短、量少无颈管狭窄、闭锁,且治疗后的宫颈具有正常宫颈的柔软质地和外观,无疤痕、安全、无痛、经济、方便,值得推广。
