【摘要】 目的 观察丁咯地尔联合护理干预治疗椎基底动脉供血不足患者的临床疗效。方法 将86例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予丹参注射液静脉滴注,治疗组给予丁咯地尔注射液静脉滴注,联合护理干预治疗,疗程14 d。分别观察2组治疗前后临床疗效。 结果 治疗组总有效率95.34%,对照组有效率76.74 % ,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P< 0. 05)。结论 丁咯地尔联合护理干预治疗椎基地动脉供血不足疗效显著。
