【摘要】 目的对老年糖尿病患者的糖尿病教育方式进行探讨。方法 观察113例参加社区糖尿病病友协会糖尿病教育活动的2型糖尿病患者,对各种教育方式的效果进行评价。结果 全部患者对以协会活动形式进行糖尿病教育的方式均感到满意,参加教育后糖代谢各项指标较教育前明显改善。结论 应按老年糖尿病患者的心理及社会特征,选择灵活多样及连续不断的糖尿病教育方式。以医护为指导的“糖尿病病友协会”对老年糖尿病患者进行糖尿病教育的方式,具有高度的组织性及系统性,行之有效,值得推广。
