【摘要】 随着知识产权制度在我国的建立和逐步完善,人们逐步认识到保护中药知识产权的重要性和迫切性。现分析我国中药知识产权保护的现状和影响因素,提出加强中药知识产权保护的对策,以促进中药产业的国际化发展。

    【Abstract】 With the intellectual property rights system established and improving in China,People gradually realized the importance and urgency of the intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine.Now we analyzd its current status and impact factors,and proposed the strategy of strengthing the intellectual property protection,to promote the internationalization development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
