【摘要】 目的 寻求下颌急性智齿冠周炎的最佳治疗方案。方法 将120例下颌急性智齿冠周炎病例随机分为3组,分别采用保守疗法、拔上牙法、拔下牙法进行治疗,3 d、5 d后复诊观察疗效。结果 5 d时两拔牙组的痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于局部冲洗组,而两拔牙组间没有统计学差异;3 d时的拔下颌智齿组的痊愈率与局部冲洗组无统计学差异,但总有效率有统计学意义,而拔上颌智齿组的痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于局部冲洗组。结论 对早期下颌急性智齿冠周炎,在拔牙难度不大情况下,尽早拔除下颌智齿或相对应的上颌智齿,可以迅速缓解患者的痛苦,促使炎症消退。
