【摘要】 目的 观察健康教育在结肠水疗治疗功能性便秘的应用。方法 对40例功能性便秘患者给予健康教育,内容包括心理指导,饮食指导,排便方法指导以及利于排便的适当的体育运动等指导,并使用结肠水疗仪清洗结肠。结果

    显效21例(52.5%),有效l2例(30%),总有效率82.5%,无效7例(17.5%)。结论 对功能性便秘患者实施结肠水疗解除粪性梗阻过程中,针对性的对患者实施健康教育,收到满意的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。
