【摘要】 目的 探讨循证医学应用于血透室感染控制流程的建立。 方法 通过对有关医院感染相关资料的调查采集,通过医学文献检索数据库(MEDLINE)、中文医学文献数据库等相关的循证医学网站检索相关文献、综合评价、与具体情况结合,建立血透室感染控制流程,临床应用。结果 与采用循证方法流程管理前相比医院感染率下降了2.93%;环境卫生学监测结果相比P<0.01;医护人员洗手依从性监测指标P<0.01。 结论 应用循证医学的方法,建立医院血透室感染控制流程,使血透室感染控制工作具有可操作性和实用性,更加科学化,规范化。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore with infection control process in hemodialysis room by using evidence-based medicine.Methods Under the guidance of evidence-based medicine and process management theory, investigating and collecting relevant materials on hospital infection, searching the related literatures from the evidence-based medicine(EBM) websites(MEDLINE database, etc) and undertaking comprehensive evaluation, establishing the infection control process in hemodialysis room, in connection with practice, then using it in internal medicine and surgery wards.Results After using infection control process, infection rate is reduced by 2 ......
