【摘要】 目的 分析BC-5500血细胞分析仪对白细胞进行五分类的可信性。方法 对仪器分类进行批内和批间精密度测定;分别对正常体检人群、一般患者和确诊的血液病患者的标本用仪器分类,同时用手工分类,并进行统计学处理。结果 BC-5500血细胞分析仪对白细胞进行分类的重复性好、精密度高。 结论 BC-5500血细胞分析仪对白细胞的分类技术已经达到了较高的水平。
