【摘要】 颈动脉狭窄是导致眼缺血性疾病的重要原因,颈动脉支架置入术(CAS)是近几年来替代颈动脉内膜切除术(CEA)的一种方法,随着神经介入技术的日臻成熟和介入材料的不断改进已成为了颈内动脉狭窄最主要的治疗手段,手术的风险及对患者的影响越来越少了。

    The value of carotid arterr stenting the treatment of ocular ischemic diseascaused by carotid stenosis

    【Abstract】 Carotid artery stenosis is one of the most important reasons which can lead to the ocular ischemic diseases,with the development of neurological inte-rventional and the continuous improvement of intervention materials,the carotid artery stenting(CAS)became the main treatment for carotid artery stenosis which is the way to take the place of carotid endarterectomy(CEA)in carotid artery stenosis treatment,so the CAS makes the risk of surgery and the impact on patients less and less.
