【摘要】 目的 探讨质量控制小组在护理记录书写中的质量控制作用,提高护理记录单书写质量。方法 建立完善的质量控制小组体系,制定完善的护理记录单书写标准、考核标准,进行全院护理人员培训,通过自查、护理部检查和督导相结合,提出在护理记录单书写过程中存在的问题和持续改进措施。结果 设立质量控制小组后,护理记录单书写质量提高,书写缺陷率下降(P<0.01)。结论 质量控制小组的设立,对护理记录单书写的管理起到了关键性作用,确保了护理记录单书写质量。
