【摘要】 目的 探讨芹菜对雄性小鼠精子质量的影响,为进一步开发利用芹菜提供基础依据。方法 80只SPF级昆明种健康成年雄性小鼠,按体重随机分成4个实验组:对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每天定时给对照组0.3 ml生理盐水灌胃,剂量组以0.3 ml不同浓度的芹菜汁灌胃,连续灌胃7 d。①灌胃结束,每个实验组随机抽取10只小鼠脱臼处死,取材,应用CASA系统测定精子密度、活率及运动参数;②将剩余雄鼠恢复14 d后处死,检测其精子运动参数。结果 实验研究中发现,灌胃7 d中剂量组小鼠精子密度增加,d级精子比例增高,精子活力和精子活率大幅度降低。灌胃恢复14 d后各剂量组精子密度、精子活力及活率比较均无统计学差异。结论 芹菜汁对小鼠精子的运动能力有一定影响,但其影响具有可恢复性。
