论小儿与老人用药的相关性
【摘要】 通过对比分析年龄对于药物吸收、分布、代谢、排泄的影响,找出小儿与老人在用药上的相关性,借鉴儿科医生的思路更加理性的制定老年人个性化的药物治疗方案,有助于减少药物的毒性反应。为全科门诊医师用药(小儿与老人用药是全科门诊的难点)提供更加清晰的思路。

【Abstract】 By comparing the analysis of the impact caused by age against drug absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion, this work aims to identify the relevance of medication on children and elderly people, taking ideas of pediatrician, developing a more rational, personalized drug treatment program for elderly people, then reduce drug toxicity.The work will provide a clearer way of thinking about medication for children and elderly people, which is one difficulty for outpatient clinics, for general outpatient doctors.

小儿与老人的脏器功能均有不完善性,小儿因器官功能的成熟有待完善而随年龄增长不断变化,老人随着年龄增加各脏器功能逐渐退化,虽然生理特点不同,但对药物的体内蓄积、毒性反应不近相同,无论是发育不完善,还是老化所致功能减退,都对临床用药提出更高的要求,必须了解药物治疗的特殊性,才有可能制定个性化的、更加完善的治疗方案 ......
