脑利钠肽治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭的临床观察及护理(1)
【摘要】 目的 总结应用重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者的护理经验。方法 对23例急性失代偿性心力衰竭的患者给予重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)治疗,使用前应熟悉药物的作用机制,正确配制、使用,用药过程中密切观察病情变化等。结果 23例患者中,有效20例,有效率达87%。结论 在严密的监护下,合理的用药和护理,rhBNP治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭疗效显著,不良反应发生率低。

Clinical observation and nursing care of brain natriuretic peptide in decompensated acute heart failure

【Abstract】 Objective In this article, we summarized the nursing experiments of therapy of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP) in treating patients with decompensated acute heart failure.Methods In the study, 23 patients with decompensated acute heart failure were treated with rhBNP.Before the proper preparation and transfusion of rhBNP, we were familiar with its mechanism.All the patients were under closely observation during the whole therapeutic process.Results 20 of 23 cases were effective after the therapies.The effective rate was 87%.Conclusion In order to achieve a satisfied curative effect and reduce the adverse reactions, we need to observe the patients closely with correct usage of rhBNP and appropriate nursing care for the patients. ......
