【摘要】 目的 分析儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)相关因素,为防治儿童RRTI提供科学依据。方法 选择2009年儿童RRTI 144例与健康儿童对照,自拟易感因素调查表,设置22个可能与RRTI有关的因素进行调查。先用逐步回归筛选出影响较大的因素,然后进行条件定植方差分析。其中81例RRTI儿童为观察组,56例非RRTI儿童为对照组,分别测定免疫功能及血微量元素水平。结果 儿童RRTI的形成主要与胎儿期被动吸烟、可疑哮喘史、药物滥用、护理不当、营养不良及气候因素密切相关,血中IgG和CD3、CD4、CD8及锌、钙、铁三种微量元素明显降低。结论 儿童RRTI的防治应注意上述各项相关因素。
