【摘要】 目的 探讨日益突出的医疗纠纷现象对医疗行为造成的影响及后果,找出其原因,探寻解决方法。方法 通过座谈,电话采访了226名医生,通过他们对近半年发生的医疗纠纷回顾、自身医疗行为的改变进行总结分析。结果 医疗纠纷事件的频发及后果对医疗行为影响较大,防御性医疗行为普遍存在。结论 医疗纠纷对医疗行为的作用会使医患双方都成为不同程度的受害者。通过医患双方的努力,法律法规的完善及监督机制的作用,能起到规范及促进健康积极医疗行为的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the phenomenon of an increasingly prominent in medical malpractice impact on health behaviors and consequences, to identify its causes and explore the solution method.Methods Discussions, telephone interviews with 226 doctors, through their medical disputes occur in the past six months review, self-health behavior change were analyzed.Conclusion Medical dispute the role of medical behavior between doctors and patients would have become victims of varying degrees.Through the patient efforts of both sides, laws, regulations, improving and monitoring mechanism, can play standard and promote a healthy and positive health behavior.
