【摘要】 目的 分析宫腔镜电切手术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的安全性。方法 回顾性分析我院2006年8月至2008年8月期间收治的128例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者的临床病理特性、手术及预后。结果 128例宫腔镜手术均顺利完成,无一例发生子宫穿孔、大出血、电解质紊乱等并发症。结论 宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤切除手术难度大,但安全,是值得采用的保守手术,在治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤方面具有其他方法不可比拟的优越性。
