【摘要】 目的 分析静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)在规范医嘱及合理用药方面的作用。方法 将PIVAS建立之初的16,213组医嘱作为A组,运行一个月后的20,685组作为B组,进行比较。结果 与A组相比,B组的不规范、不合格医嘱数明显下降,P<0.01。结论 PIVAS确实可以起到提升临床药师能力,促进合理用药的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the functions of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)on stipulating orders and promoting reasonable administration.Methods Take 16,213 orders in the course of initial phase of PIVAS as Group A,and take 20,685 orders in the second month of PIVAS operation as Group B.Then we compared Group A and Group B.Results Compared with Group A,the ratios of rejected or unreasonable orders in Group B were reduced significantly with P<0.01.Conclusion It is true that PIVAS can enhance the abilities of pharmacists and promote reasonable administration ......
