血液透析风险的护理管理及对策(1)
【摘要】 目的 通过加强对血液透析患者风险评估,预防管理,降低风险。方法 讨论分析了600例1080例次血液透析患者中存在的常见的风险诱因评估,加强对血液透析中的风险进行管理并提出相应护理对策。结果 通过血液透析中的风险评估和控制,较好地完成了血液透析的护理管理。

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the hemodialysis patient risk assessment,prevention management,and reduce risk.Methods To discuss analysis of 600 cases of views that exist in hemodialysis patients with a common assessment of the risk of incentives to enhance the risk of hemodialysis in the management and the corresponding nursing.Results By hemodialysis in the risk assessment and control,better accomplished on hemodialysis nursing management.
