阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 选择慢性乙型肝炎患者54例,分成治疗组和对照组,对照组进行一般的保肝护肝治疗,治疗组口服阿德福韦酯2年加保肝护肝治疗。结果 治疗组HBV- DNA和HBeAg的转阴率分别为71.43%和42.86%,而对照组为15.38%和15.33%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),所有病例均未见严重不良反应。结论 阿德福韦酯是一种有效的抗HBV药物,能有效控制病毒复制,改善肝功能,长期用药安全性及耐受性良好。
