【摘要】 目的 探讨未破裂型输卵管妊娠保守治疗的有效方法。方法 回顾分析我院49例未破裂型输卵管妊娠病例,采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗作为观察组,单用MTX治疗作为对照组,对比两者疗效。结果 观察组治愈率84.6%,对照组治愈率60.9%,两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 米非司酮联合MTX效果优于单用MTX。
