抗精神病药物对心电图影响的相关因素分析

【摘要】 目的 了解抗精神病药物的影响及相关因素。方法 自行设计调查表,对我院358例住院治疗的精神病患者进行心电图调查。结果 心电图改变以心肌缺血较常见,且与性别、年龄相关。结论 抗精神病药物对心脏的副作用不可忽视,应用抗精神病药物时应定期监测心电图,尤其是女性患者。

【Abstract】 Objective To know the affection and related factors of neuroleptic to myocardial ischemia.Methods Made a questionnaire by author and investigate the electrocardiograms of 358 mental patients in our hospital.Results Myocardial ischemia was more familiar and it was reated to sex and age.Conclusion The side effect of neuroleptic to heart cannot be neglected and electrocardiogram shall be inspected termly when neuro-lepthic is used,especially for female patients ......
