手术室医院感染管理与控制策略
【摘要】 目的 探讨普通手术室医院感染管理的有效方法与策略,控制在手术室内发生的医院感染,提高医疗护理质量。方法 从手术室布局与流程、医护人员无菌技术、手术物品管理、健全院感管理组织、定期院感监控、学习院感知识等进行管理。结果 加强手术室管理是提高医疗安全、防止医院感染的主要保证。结论 实施手术室科学化管理是控制医院感染的主要途径。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effective methods and strategy in managing the hospital infection in ordinary operation room,control the occurrence of the hospital infection in operation room and enhance the quality of medical service and nursing.Methods We wenon to administrate from the following aspects:the 1avout and flow ofoperation room,the doctors and nurses,sterile technique,the management of surgery goods,the establishment of the infection management organization,the monitoring of the hospital infection regularly,and the study of the infection knowledge.Results To strengthen the management of operation room is a main promise to improve medicalsecurity and prevent the hospital infection.Conclusion Implementation of the scientific management is the main methodtocontrol the hospitalinfection. ......
