【摘要】 目的 探讨使用全髋置换以及股骨头植骨等技术在治疗成人髋关节脱位中的治疗意义。方法 回顾分析了10例11髋的临床资料,对成人髋关节脱位特点以及手术中应注意的事项进行详尽的分析。结果 均取得了良好的效果,平均Harris评分73~96分,平均88分。结论 选用全髋关节置换术以及股骨头植骨等技术治疗轻中度成人髋关节脱位可以取得较好的疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the use of total hip replacement and femoral head bone grafting techniques in the treatment of adult congenital dislocation of hip.Methods Retrospective analysis of 10 cases(11 hips)of clinical information on the characteristics of the adult hip dislocation surgery should pay attention to the matters detailed analysis.Results Have achieved good results,the average Harris score 73-96 points,an average of 88 points.Conclusion The selection of total hip arthroplasty and femoral head bone grafting techniques of adult patients with mild to moderate adult congenital dislocation of hip can get a better effect ......
