18F-FDGPET-CT对寻找肿瘤原发病灶的临床应用'> 18F-FDGPET-CT对寻找肿瘤原发病灶的临床应用
【摘要】 目的 对患者进行PET-CT检查,以探查诊断肿瘤原发灶,探讨18F-FDG PET-CT在探查诊断肿瘤原发病灶方面的临床价值,以及诊断的优势、敏感性及特异性。方法 对需要明确肿瘤发发病灶二进行PET-CT检查的30例住院患者用过临床随访、病理诊断及组织学分析方法,进行回顾性分析。结果 本研究的30例中,有25例恶性肿瘤患者通过PET-CT检查发现了原发病灶,5例患者未能明确恶性肿瘤原发灶的诊断,2例患者排除了恶性肿瘤的诊断。结论 18F-FDG PET-CT检查,在探查肿瘤原发灶方面有非常重要的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 18F-FDG PET-CT imaging in the diagnosis of the origin unknown primary tumor and the consequent influence on therapy,methods thirty patients with primary cancer of unknown origin were enrolled retrospective.The pet-ct findings were analyzed alone with results of the clinical follow-up biopsy and postoperative pathology.Results The locations of the primary tumors were suspected in 25 of 30 patients.The sensitivity,specificity value was 93%and 88%.Conclusion 18F-FDG PET-CT is a promising tool I n the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with primary cancer of unknown origin. ......
